3. Account and Security

4. Use of Service

• Service Description: Aistory.video allows users to create videos with story generated audio. Users must upload a video featuring a speaking face and an audio file, and the Service will generate the story video based on the provided audio.
• Credits: Use of the Service requires credits, which are deducted per usage. Credits can be purchased with USD if your balance is insufficient.
• Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload, share or otherwise distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

• User Content: You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you upload to the Service.
• Service Content: Except for User Content, all content on the Website and available through the Service, including designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, applications, software, and other files, are the proprietary property of Aistory.video. You may not modify, copy, distribute, frame, reproduce, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or sell in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without Aistory.video's prior written permission.

6. Privacy Policy

Aistory.video respects the privacy of its users. Except as required by law, the Service will not attempt to access or store your projects or infringe on your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more detailed information on how we handle your data.

7. Purchase of Credits

• Payment: You can purchase credits through the Service using USD. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
• Refund Policy: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Content Public Visibility

Our Service allows you to generate videos and other content ("Generated Content") from the materials you upload or submit, such as images, text, or other data ("User Submissions"). You have the option to make your Generated Content publicly available, for example, by publishing it to the Explore feed. If you set your Generated Content to public, for any files or content you upload to the public section of the Aistory.video platform (including but not limited to models, images, training data, etc.), you expressly grant us and our affiliated entities (including but not limited to Aistory.video and related products) a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, free, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, download, and/or distribute such files or content. This also includes creating derivative works or assets generated based on your instructions, in any form, on current or future internet media. The above license applies to the Aistory.video platform and other related business platforms of the company, including but not limited to activities related to modifying, improving, and enhancing artificial intelligence models, as well as promoting and redistributing part or all of the services (and their derivative works) in any media format and through any media channels.

AI-Generated Background Music & Public Music Library

Our Service offers an optional feature that uses artificial intelligence to generate instrumental background music ("Generated Music") for your video projects based on your story content. This feature consumes additional credits as indicated at the time of use.

Free-tier contribution. If you generate Background Music while using a free account (i.e., a non-paying plan), you acknowledge and agree that, in exchange for the free usage benefit, such Generated Music may be added to our shared public music library and made available for other users to use in their own projects. For any Generated Music created under a free account, you expressly grant Aistory.video and its affiliated entities a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, free, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and otherwise make such music available to other users and to promote or improve the Service. Generated Music created under a paid subscription plan is not added to the public music library.

No guarantee of ownership; moderation. Generated Music is produced by third-party AI models. Aistory.video makes no representation or warranty that Generated Music is unique, original, or free of similarity to other outputs, and does not grant you exclusive ownership of any Generated Music. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review, edit metadata for, approve, reject, retain, or remove any Generated Music, including before or after it appears in the public music library. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any music complies with the applicable platform policies (e.g., YouTube, TikTok) and applicable law.

Termination

Aistory.video may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if it believes that you have breached any of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

Aistory.video reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Aistory.video’s sole discretion.
