The latest features and improvements to AI Story Video.

AI-Generated Background Music

You can now generate background music that matches your story, while the music library has a cleaner structure for browsing and recommendation.

  • Choose no music, generate music from the story, or import from the library during project creation
  • AI-generated BGM creates a vocal-free, loop-ready atmosphere based on the current story
  • Generated tracks are saved to the music library and can be managed from the project editor
  • Music metadata is now organized by category, mood, theme, and tempo for cleaner browsing

Safe Zone Preview in the Editor

The editor can now show a Safe Zone overlay so you can check whether key visuals or captions may be covered on YouTube Shorts or TikTok.

  • Turn on Safe Zone from the top-right corner of the video preview
  • Switch between YouTube and TikTok layouts to compare platform UI coverage
  • The overlay is only a visual guide and is never included in exported videos
  • Available for vertical (9:16) projects on both desktop and mobile editors

Timeline Added to the Editor

The editor preview now includes a timeline, making it easier to understand timing across video, voice, and background music.

  • Desktop editor shows Video, Voice, and BGM tracks under the preview
  • Mobile editor now uses a simplified playback bar with play, pause, seeking, and time display
  • Clicking a scene jumps the preview and timeline to that scene's start
  • Clicking the timeline or crossing scene boundaries keeps the Scene List highlighted in sync

Stronger Story Hooks and Smarter Scene Lists

Story and scene generation now puts stronger hooks up front, builds with clearer narrative structure, and makes each scene's purpose easier to understand.

  • Stories now open with a sharper hook instead of slow background setup
  • Scripts automatically follow the story structure that best fits your idea

  • Prompt-to-video input now supports up to 2000 characters for richer story ideas

  • Choose between Portrait (9:16) or Landscape (16:9) when creating a project
  • All scene images and video clips automatically adapt to your chosen aspect ratio
  • Editor preview and final export fully support the new landscape layout
